This statement covers the BrandedMark website (brandedmark.com), the BrandedMark app that our customers' staff sign in to, and the brand portals and product passports that brands publish on BrandedMark for their own customers. It is published by Branded Mark Limited.

We want everyone to be able to use BrandedMark. That means you should be able to:

  • zoom in up to 400% without text running off the screen;
  • move around using only a keyboard;
  • use a screen reader or speech recognition software; and
  • read text in colours with enough contrast.

We know some parts of BrandedMark don't do all of this yet. This statement says which, and what you can do in the meantime.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How accessible BrandedMark is today

We last reviewed BrandedMark in October 2026.

Part of BrandedMark Status
Our website Partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA
The BrandedMark app (for our customers' staff) Partially conforms, with work in progress
Brand portals and product passports Partially conforms, with work in progress

Where we fall short

  • Zoom and reflow: on some mobile screens, pinch-to-zoom is restricted.
  • Keyboard use: a few actions (some selections, uploads and drag-and-drop) can't yet be done with a keyboard alone.
  • Screen readers: some icon buttons and pop-ups aren't announced clearly, and some pages lack headings, landmarks or a "skip to content" link.
  • Text alternatives: some images lack descriptions and some videos lack captions, including where our designer doesn't offer a way to add them.
  • Contrast and motion: some lighter text and colours don't have enough contrast, and some animations can't be paused.

We are working through these and will update this statement as we fix them.

How we tested

Automated checks against WCAG 2.2 A and AA, small-screen checks, and a code review of the most-used screens.

Brands' portals and passports

Brands choose much of the content on their portals and passports, such as images, documents, videos, colours and text. Each brand is responsible for the accessibility of the content it adds, and for its own obligations, including under the European Accessibility Act where that applies to it. We are responsible for the pages and components the portals are built from.

Tell us about a problem or ask for another format

If something is hard to use, or you need information in a different format (such as large print, plain text or an audio description), contact us:

  • email [email protected]; or
  • write to Branded Mark Limited, Broomfield House, Blakedown, Kidderminster, DY10 3LA, United Kingdom.

Please tell us the page or feature, and what went wrong. We'll reply within 5 working days. If the problem is on a brand's portal, we'll pass it to the brand as well, with your agreement.

If you're not happy with our response

  • UK: you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
  • EU/EEA: you can contact the authority in your country that supervises accessibility.

Review

This statement was prepared in October 2026. We will review it by April 2027, and sooner as we fix the issues above.
