This page lists upcoming and recent changes to the documents on brandedmark.com/legal.
#How we make changes
- Material changes that are adverse to customers, for example to liability, data use, the price model, or a new category of sub-processor outside the UK/EEA, are announced at least 30 days before they take effect. We email account owners and administrators and list the change here. If you object, you may end the affected service before the change takes effect and get a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees (Customer Terms clause 22).
- Sub-processor changes are announced at least 30 days in advance, as our data processing agreement sets out.
- Terms agreed in your Order Form that replace part of our standard terms keep applying when we change those terms (Customer Terms clause 22.6).
- Price changes need 60 days' notice (Customer Terms clause 11.6).
- Minor changes (clarifications, corrections, changes in your favour) take effect when published and are listed here.
- Changes the law or an urgent security need requires may take effect sooner. We'll tell you as soon as we can.
